I stayed two nights in a Beautiful Double Room. The food at the restaurant was very good, and the entire place was clean, especially the pool area. The staff was nice and the location was perfect with the bus station right across the street. We even enjoyed the lovely garden around the hotel! 😊

i was really disappointed when i found my room full of mosquitoes and the air conditioning wouldn’t function properly, so i expected a room upgrade, but no such luck. also, the outside area was rough, needing serious TLC. a shame because i almost thought of giving a decent rating, but just couldn’t, really.

We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the nice playground for our kids. The staff was super friendly, and we had a great dinner at the restaurant, which was a nice treat after a long day out. The chill vibe made it perfect for our family.

This was just a well-suited match for a break on a long journey in Cancun with great value for the money. The late-night staff were really accommodating and made the check-in process a breeze. Don't forget to bring earplugs if you want to sleep.

The staff at Hotel Plaza Caribe were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool area surrounded by tropical gardens. The convenient location right across from the bus station made it effortless to travel around Cancun.

The late arrival was handled smoothly which I appreciated. The restaurant staff were attentive and the dining experience was pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the pool view from my room which added a nice touch to my stay.

Clean room, convenient location, with easy access to transportation, right across the street from the main bus terminal which made our trips effortless and a nice restaurant with good meal prices serving delicious options for breakfast.
